We hold 3-4 Meet & Greet INFORMATION Days a year. We invite the public to come to our Centre and meet a variety of adults dogs who live with different families to learn about the breed. We understand how important it is to have dogs with the right temperaments to fit into human society. Started breeding in 1984 and since then have developed our own intensive Puppy Enrichment Program. By the time our pups head off to homes they are experienced in car travel, meeting new dogs, visiting outside homes as well as exploring our farm. We encourage new owners to visit and bond from the times pups are 3 weeks old - even attending some of our puppy classes. Our own dogs live with families and actively involved in Promotional Displays at public venues. Also working in Classes and Workshops. With over 30 years breeding experience (initially GSD now Aussies) we still prefer to only breed perhaps 3 litters a year - this allows us to enjoy the process of working with dogs and still have the time required to raise our pups and support new owners. Jack is the one of the most successful Australian Shepherds to be shown in Australia and is the current All Breeds BIS record holder. We have shared our lives with Australian Shepherds since 1995. We live with a small number of dogs as each dog competes in numerous activities and lives out their lives with us as family members. The Aussie is an excellent versatile all rounder and we have successfully titled dogs in Agility, Obedience, Rally, Tricks, Tracking, Flyball, Endurance, Herding and Conformation. We breed very occasionally when we would like a dog to join our family and prefer to home puppies in performance/sporting homes. We have been importing working line genetics from the USA for our bitches and have unique proven working pedigrees in Australia. We have owned Australian Shepherds now for 15 years and are very excited to be breeding these wonderful dogs. We are a small breeder with maximum of only one litter per year which means our dogs and puppies are brought up as part of the family. They have a great life here on our 5 acres on the Mornington Peninsula, with Horses, cats, chickens, lots of visitors and other dogs and horses coming to visit. We are always glad to help and advise and have get togethers where all our Skyepark families are welcome. Our aim is to breed for health and temperament with our puppies going to new owners, already socialised, confident and independent, easily trained and able to adapt to new environments. A lot of time, effort and love is spent with them, giving their new owners a good steady foundation on which to continue their training into whatever discipline they choose.

We discovered this breed when we bought and fell in love with our first Aussie 12 years ago. Ever since then we wanted to explore and find out more about the breed. What stands out for us the most is that every Aussie is unique. They are loyal and affectionate dogs to the people they are most bonded with. They do best with plenty of human companionship: they are often called "Velcro dogs" for their strong desire to always be near their owners and for their tendency to form intense, devoted bonds with select people. Aussies have very keen minds and sharp observation skills, always looking for patterns and reading your every mood. With good training they can become a highly skilled dog. We aim to produce dogs of a high standard for families who are looking for their next best friend. They will also be suited to herding and agility. Our dogs are part of our family and are always by our side. Our puppies will be well socialised and around children and adults of all ages. All of our puppies will be health tested and will be on the limited registry with papers. Warning! Once you own an Aussie you will be hooked! If you are interested in securing a pup please keep an eye out for planned litters. We do not take a waiting list but we require an application with information about you and your reasons for wanting an Aussie. Cedarspring aims to produce versatile dogs that can perform well in sporting and performance trials, as well as claim their rightful place as part of a loving family. All breeding stock is DNA tested, hip and elbow scores completed and eye tests performed annually. Puppies are raised with Puppy Culture protocols, eye tests completed, Volhard temperament testing, microchipped, vaccinated, registered with Dogs Australia and DNA testing for MDR1 completed before going to their new homes. Azra also has 2 gorgeous kids from Bobby (Am/NZ/Aust Ch Alnairs The Guardian) - Jadziah Here Comes the Sun 'Sunny' and Jadziah Walking on Sunshine 'Achilles' who will be shown sparingly.
