My kennel has been established since 1992 and had its roots in the United Kingdom. I strive to breed a Border Terrier meeting all the confirmation, temperament and health standards which make this natural undocked breed, so distinctive. All puppies are home reared and very well handled and socialised, to enable them to comfortably handle either a life in the show ring or in a family home. My terriers have been represented in 18 countries as show dogs or family pets. Pet Puppies. We make no apologies for screening where these will be placed and you must: * be a home owner * have someone home much of the day * have excellent secure fencing * be prepared to attend Puppy Preschool * be able to afford any Vet Bills that can sometimes be expensive * Desex your Puppy by 8 months at the latest * will register puppy with your Council & transfer the M/Chip to yourself * will keep in touch with us and return the puppy to us if your circumstances change

We have had Border Terriers since 2006. We are located in the central highlands of Victoria. Our aim is to breed well-socialised quality Border Terriers, true to type suitable for all disciplines. Be it agility, fieldwork, sports activities, showing or simply as a healthy, loving family member. Our puppies are raised in our home, with a lot of socialisation and training, giving them a good foundation. Puppies are sometimes available to approved homes that have been in contact and made an effort. All puppies are registered, microchipped, vaccinated and have passed a fully veterinary health check. I purchased my first Border terrier in 2005, back when borders were even less common than they are now. I was first introduced to the breed working as a veterinarian in UK. They are awesome, robust and friendly terriers. There is a good reason they are popular vets dogs. My dogs are a much loved part of the family. I breed occasionally and have quality pups available from time to time to approved homes. The pups are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, SLEM tested and come with a lifetime of free veterinary advice. I love to stay in contact with the owners of my pups and get updates on how they are going. We’ve bred Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers for over 2 decades after 30 yrs of Boxers. Now it's just Wheatens and Border Terriers. We are excited to be expecting our first Border litter in April 2026. Our dogs are conformation shown to ensure they have sound construction and temperament, but primarily we breed for families, who receive support for the life of their dogs. Our pups are raised on natural diet based on 30 years of natural feeding built from professional experience in the field. By 8 weeks our pups have started manners, pen / crate, toilet & chew-toy training & enjoy their adventure playground. Margaret is a qualified, rewards-based trainer & Saphyr pups come with 6 weeks of online classes to make for smooth transitions to their new homes. We like to have a chat because experience shows raising a ‘great dog’ takes a team. We like to empower owners in all aspects of care, including cooperative husbandry and grooming.
