Our dogs get to enjoy the country life on our rural property in Central Victoria and live with horses and lots of wildlife. We also compete in the show ring and enjoy the social and learning opportunities this provides. Whilst we love our dogs for the beauty, dignity and intelligence that are the hallmarks of the breed, we are aware that the Bullmastiff is not the dog for everyone, and are committed to finding any puppies we breed suitable lifelong homes.

We are small kennel located in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria established in 2011. We selectively breed when we are wanting that next puppy to continue on with. All our dogs are hip/elbow scored and we also participate in the lymphoma testing study. We carefully select the right boy for our girls and we only breed the girls once so therefore we don't often have puppies available. (Please email for further information) Our dogs are our family and raised in the home where they claim the bed and the couch and if we're lucky they may save a little spot for us on the bed. We are members of Dogs Victoria and the Bullmastiff Club of Victoria and Roxanne is a standing committee member for the club. We exhibit our dogs in conformation we also have a passion in obedience and scent work in which we are working towards trialing in. Our dogs are our world and everything we do is for them. Over the years my stock has done well in the showring, including Ch Costog Hidcotes Treasure (RCC bitch at the 4th Bullmastiff National champ show, twice BISS, and RUBISS); Ch and NZ Ch Costog Hidcotes Treasure Missed; and recently my stunning dog Int Ch UK Ch and Aust Supreme Ch Costog Mompessons Home Bru who has 10 BISS (WA, NSW, Qld, Italy, UK), 12 BIS all breeds including Best in Show at the Sydney Royal in April 2014. Kif is now back home with me permanently after being campaigned in England and Europe and has done very well including BOB and third place in working dog group at Crufts 2015. Kif gained his International Champ title in style winning BIS Brussels Dog Show, BIS Dogachitchen show, BIG Paris Dog Show, BIS Eindoven Dog Show. Through his top winning progeny in UK and Europe, Kif remains UK Top Stud dog for 2017, 2018, and 2019 I am a licensed All Breeds Judge. We have been owned by this beautiful breed since 1997 when we got our first red brindle bitch, 'Jarrah'. Since then, we have owned, bred and shown many wonderful dogs. Our dogs were raised with our two daughters and many a story shared of the silly things and crazy personalities of our dogs. For the past decade we have taken a break from the showring and haven't had a litter since June 2012, but we have always had a bullmastiff as part of our family. We lost our last boy (Lewis) JAPHTABULL EYEOFTHESTORM in 2022. He was from our last litter and from our girl SHIRAZBULL RED SONIA. His sire was SUP. CH. BRINKYBULL LIKE A HURRICANE. Lewis enjoyed his twilight years being perched on top of our hill surveying the scenery and keeping an eye on anyone coming up the road to his kingdom. We knew Lewis was not going to be with us for ever and we were toying with the idea of possibly no more bullmastiff and looking at another breed. Well, that was quickly dismissed and (Whitney) REMYK A BONNIE LASS came from Tasmania to be part of our family, and that she has. 'Everybody loves Whitney' our beautiful brindle girl. Whitney has the sweetest nature, whilst living up to being a bullmastiff of being protective of her home and family. We are very excited to announce that Whitney is expecting her first litter to Lewis in January 2026. Both Whitney and Lewis are hip, and elbow scored and we should have all three colours. Watch the space!!!!
