Registered breeder of Miniature Smooth Coat Dachshunds based in the Great Southern region of Western Australia (DogsWest Member Number 6100045447). Our prefix "BRUNOBEAR" is a tribute to my best friend, ACOVAGEM Bruno, who unexpectedly passed away in Sept 2015. My Dachshunds have all had an Orivet Miniature Dachshund Smooth Hair - Full Breed Profile (DNA test) & are all clear of the hereditary diseases known to affect the breed - Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA Cord 1), Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (NCL), Osteogenesis Imperfecta (SERPINH1), Sanfilippo Syndrome Type A / Mucopolysaccharidosis IIIA (Dachshund Type) & Sarcoglycan Deficient Muscular Dystrophy (SDMD). My Dachshunds have also all been x-rayed for IVDD Spinal Scoring.
