I am a small boutique breeder and my Frenchie’s are my family. My aim is to breed healthy, sound French Bulldogs true to the ANKC Breed Standard, following Dogs NSW Code of Ethics. I have 3 breeding girls and they are all health tested prior to breeding. This means they are DNA tested for hereditary cataracts, breed specific diseases and their hips and spine are X-rayed and scored. My girls have also been Respiratory function graded, by a Specialist Veterinarian team from Cambridge University with clear score gradings – results can be seen on the Orchid website. Both Parents undergo DNA testing prior to breeding. This means the puppies are clear by parentage and will not inherit/ display any of these diseases. All my breeding dogs undergo a Full Breed Disease DNA Profile. Based on those results, the puppies that I breed cannot be affected (double gene carriers) by the testable diseases known to affect French Bulldogs. Chezfrench is dedicated to producing beautiful & healthy French Bulldogs and I choose the best genetics available to advance the quality & health of the breed, by selecting gorgeous boys that have impressive pedigrees and are proven sires. With top winning progeny in Australia and overseas. I will only breed from dogs with no known health issues & with exceptional temperaments. Puppies are DNA tested, spine and trachea x-rayed at 9 weeks, heart, eyes, and jaws are checked, and a veterinary health report is issued, and guaranteed.
