First most all our Frenchies are members of our family and are absolute lounge hogs, they are all health tested prior to breeding, this means that hips and spine are xrayed and scored and DNA tested for hereditary cataracts We are dedicated to breeding to the standard for type & temperament. I have been showing for at least 3 years now and I absolutely love it, it is great to have a passion and to be able to share it with our beloved Bullkids. Members of the French Bulldog club NSW and a member with Dogs NSW for approx 15 years Our aim is to breed puppies that are healthy, well socialised and have excellent temperaments for families to enjoy, as these little guys make great addition to the family. BUYER WARNING : Due to the increasing popularity of the French Bulldog, more inexperienced newcomers are breeding inferior puppies for profit only. Avoid making a bad decision. An ethical, responsible breeder breeds to improve the health of the French Bulldog, not just to create a "product" for sale. They know their dogs, study pedigrees and health test their dogs before planning a litter. They are involved in breed club activities and health schemes, and compete in the show ring with their dogs.

I bred and successfully showed Cattle Dogs from 1979 till the birth of our son Cruz in 1999. About eight years later we started looking for a pet for Cruz, we wanted a dog that was small enough to be in the house comfortably, low maintenance and most importantly be a robust and fun dog for an 8 year old boy…. And so became our love of Frenchies. Our beloved Elliot , closely followed by Stevie and Dolly cemented our love for this endearing fun loving breed. When Cruz got a bit older and more independent I started thinking about breeding and showing dogs again of course Frenchies were my choice . Here at Prettyvales our aim is to breed healthy and sound Frenchies for the Show Ring and for the home. We are members of ANKC and the French Bulldog Club of NSW and breed to the ANKC French Bulldog Breed Standard. Our dogs are raised in a home environment and are pets first and foremost and we find this environment carries over to the ring…. Our dogs love going to shows. We occasionally have pups for sale on Limited Registration to the best pet homes. They come pre loved , vaccinated ,vet checked with hip/spine X-rays carried out .
