Labrador Silver Coat Colour Warning - The National Labrador Retriever Breed Council (Australia) has issued a position statement for the Silver (or Platinum / Charcoal) Coat Colour. The Labrador only has 3 recognised colours - (Black, Yellow and Liver/Chocolate).

Flaxmere Labradors is a small DogsNZ registered kennel based in Mid Canterbury, New Zealand. At Flaxmere we have a passion for training, trialling and working our Labradors in a natural hunting environment. We also take to the show ring, on occasion. Health testing, temperament, drive and conformation is at the forefront of our breeding decisions. Our dogs are all fully health tested, including hip and elbow scores, yearly eye certificates and full genetic screens, with excellent results.
