Silvaregis was established in 2023 as a breeding kennel, fulfilling a lifelong dream for Katherine. As a four-year-old, she remembers happily playing with her Grandmother's fox-red Lab 'Sandy'. Katherine also favoured the breed as a pet companion for her four children. Living in the Riverina of NSW, on 11 acres of rural land with creek access, our energetic Labrador Retrievers enjoy the freedom of the farm to sniff, roam, run, and play. Our Labrador Retrievers are raised as part of the family and are house-trained. We aim to breed quality Labrador Retrievers with exemplary temperament, and good health and which conform as closely as possible to the Labrador Retriever Breed Standard. As a novice breeder, Katherine is particularly grateful to Trevor and Michelle Ament of Riftintime (ACT) for their patronage over the past six years, and to Guy Spagnolo Driftway Labradors (NSW) for his advice and especially for allowing the use of Driftway BIS Aust Ch Super Mario as the sire, for our maiden litter, joined with our Riftintime Melody Pond late 2023. All of the Dogs and Bitches in our kennel are hip and elbow-scored and DNA tested for hereditary diseases. All inquiries will be considered.
