Labrador Silver Coat Colour Warning - The National Labrador Retriever Breed Council (Australia) has issued a position statement for the Silver (or Platinum / Charcoal) Coat Colour. The Labrador only has 3 recognised colours - (Black, Yellow and Liver/Chocolate).

We breed, exhibit and compete with the dogs we love that are raised in the family environment. Our aim is to build a distinctive line of Labrador Retrievers we can be proud to take anywhere, do anything with and relish in the beauty and love at the other end of the lead. Our labradors are hip/elbow X-Rayed, eye checked for abnormalities and all are Clear Normal DNA Optigen tested. Mistybrook Labradors are New Zealand Kennel Club Registered Accredited Breeders. Mistybrook Labradors sometimes have older puppies or young adults available. Mistybrook Labradors are winning BIS specialties and a multitude of All Breed in Shows and Gundog Groups.
