Bungower Labradors is a family-owned breeder led by father/daughter duo Rob and Sam. We are located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. We strive to produce healthy, purebred Labradors to breed more loyal and intelligent companions. Our love for the breed commenced with our family’s first Labrador, Macey. She was the most beautiful pet, dearly loved by all who knew her. After her passing at 15, we welcomed Bonnie in 2017. Bonnie, a black Labrador, excelled in her training, forming a strong bond with Rob and completing assistance dog training by 2020. She now supports Rob in social situations and aids his mental health. We commit to introducing our litters to early neurological stimulation and different/changing environments to encourage fearless puppies open to training for any future. Bungower Labradors was founded in 2021 with Luna, our yellow Labrador and first breeder. Luna is curious, smart, and sociable, training in therapy alongside Bonnie, and shares the typical Labrador traits of loyalty and affection. We partnered with Kristie at Sohali Spirit for our first two litters from Luna (2023, 2025). One of Luna’s first puppies, Sadie, remained with our family and has now joined our breeding program. We partnered with Julia at Gunnerson Labradors for Sadie’s first litter, born 2025. We are unsure if/when our breeding program will continue (from 2026). We are very proud of this litter, using Maggie's dog from Western Australia, Grian (BOOMERMAGIC BACK ON LINE SWA RE. RRD.CD.RM). With exceptional hip/ elbow scores and health testing we will be keeping one of this litter to continue on this fantastic merger of lines. Our Labradors are bred with a focus on trying to create a dog that is equally at home in a family environment as they are working in the field. Originally bred as working dogs, they are fit, strong, and possess a sound temperament. Founded in 2023, Lennova Labrador Retrievers is a small, family run business that allows us to fulfil our dreams of breeding pedigree Labrador Retrievers on our acreage in Pakenham Upper, Victoria, whilst also welcoming other four legged friends along on our adventures with our Farm stay for Dogs and Doggy Daycare service. After a run of bad luck, we have finally welcomed our first litter of Labrador Retrievers in February 2025 thanks to the brilliant work of Dr Stuart Mason, specialist Repro Vet at Doncaster Veterinary Hospital. We are so excited to continue on this amazing adventure with a breed we love so much. We have dipped our toes into the Show Ring, enjoy Obedience and being outdoors with our Labradors, therefore believe that we can produce beautiful dogs for Pet Homes as well as anyone wanting to experience what else Labrador Ownership has to offer. Alanglen is a family passion for over 20 years. Raising chocolate and black labradors with the very best health and character that we can. Based near Mornington, we raise our puppies in the middle of our busy home with plenty of fresh air and socialising with all sorts of animals from chickens, to ponies and alpacas. The dogs all have excellent hips and elbow scores and yearly eye checks of course, genetic screens etc. Our dogs all participate in dogs sports such as nose works, tracking, obedience and in my more active, younger days, agility. We are a small, family-run kennel based on a rural property in Clyde, Victoria. Our Labradors are first and foremost members of our family, raised in our home and across our paddocks with space to run, play, and simply be dogs. We breed with a clear focus on temperament, health, and true-to-type conformation. All breeding dogs are fully health tested, including hips, elbows, eyes, and comprehensive DNA screening. Our Approach From Day 3, puppies commence Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) as part of a structured Puppy Culture–inspired program, designed to support resilience, confidence, and stress tolerance. As they mature, this progresses into age-appropriate socialisation, environmental exposure, handling, and gentle desensitisation - helping each pup develop into a calm, capable companion.
