Kyden Labs are a small family orientated Kennel on acreage in the Gold Coast hinterland so our dogs have plenty of room to play, grow and mature. We prefer quality over quantity only keeping the best of the best for our breed stock. Our dogs are regularly shown in the confirmation show ring so a sound temperament and health is ensured. We firmly believe in imprinting our dogs from birth, stimulating all senses, we believe this results in a much more all rounded confident dog that's simply easier to train. This includes early introduction to water in our beach entry pool where they are encouraged on their own to enter the water and play in shallow water of course at their own pace. We are an established kennel and have been breeding Labradors for the past thirteen years, like many before us we fell in love with the versatility, intelligence and beauty of the breed. Our founder dog Winnie (2005-2019) and one of her puppies Rumba (2008-2020) lived a full and happy life retiring on the farm as do all our girls who are no longer breeding. We currently have four girls “Zoe” (retired), "Evey" (retired), "Boo" (black) and "Charlie" (yellow) - our girls have brought so much joy and happiness to our family. All our girls have been raised on our cattle and horse property, they shown outstanding versatility in their function as a family pet and farm dog. All our dogs are unique and have their own special personalities. As a breed the Labrador has a very playful and gentle nature and shown great natural ability and intelligence. It is for this reason we venture into the breeding of Labradors.

As a family, we fell in love with the Labrador breed when we got “Keira” (Chocolate) in 2008 and “Mia” (Black) in 2010. The Labrador breed introduced us to dogs that are intelligent, loving and loyal companions. Whilst Keira and Mia are no longer with us, the love for Labradors has driven us to create a newly established kennel when we welcomed “Nova” (Black) and “Willow” (Yellow) into our family in 2023. Both dogs have come from strong and well-established bloodlines. Nova and Willow live with us on our acreage home, and they have fantastic caring and playful personalities. In order to give other families, the same joy we have received from our dogs over many years, our family has now ventured into breeding these wonderful companions.
