Registered with Dogs Australia since 1999, Skyesong Tollers has proudly dedicated more than two decades to the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever – a versatile, intelligent, and spirited breed. Our Tollers have excelled across a wide range of disciplines: conformation showing, obedience, agility, flyball, lure coursing, tracking, and field work, as well as thriving in their most cherished role – devoted, affectionate family companions. We are passionate about preserving the hallmark qualities that make the Toller so remarkable: their keen working drive, athleticism, intelligence, and trademark “toller scream” of excitement. Our breeding program focuses on health, soundness, and stable, friendly temperaments, ensuring each puppy is well-prepared to excel in sport, work, or as a loyal household member. Every Skyesong puppy is raised with care and socialisation to give them the very best start in life, and we follow ethical breeding practices that put the welfare of our dogs first. Our next litter is planned for December 2025, and we are now taking expressions of interest from prospective families.

We are a small kennel located in Melbourne, Victoria. We are registered breeders with Dogs Australia (formerly the ANKC), and members of Dogs Victoria and the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Victoria. We operate a small but focused breeding program, with an emphasis on health, temperament and versatility. We are dedicated to breeding Tollers according to the breed standard and are committed to producing Tollers that are not only well bred, but have exceptional temperaments and are a pleasure to own. We extensively health test and use all of the available DNA tests for Tollers, as well as hip, elbow and eye screenings. We currently have three beautiful Tollers. Our foundation bitch, Birdie, is a Class in Group winner and High in Trial (Rally) winner. She was awarded Best of Breed at the 2023 and 2025 Royal Melbourne Shows, and Runner-up to Best Exhibit in Show at the 2025 Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Victoria Championship Show. Our dogs compete in conformation showing and a number of different dog sports, and most weekends you can find us at shows or trials around Victoria. We are a small kennel located in Melbourne, Vic We purchased our 1st Toller in 2022 after showing and breeding British Bulldogs for 13 years. Our girl Ava was the Rising Star for confirmation showing in 2023. Since then she is working on Scent Work and Rally. Ava is fully health tested with excellent hip and elbow scores, We breed for health and temperament.
