About This Breeder
Breeding true gundogs wisely! I have become a breed historian wanting to learn as much about my beloved breed as possible. My "hero and mentor" through his wonderful books, is the late great Mr H.S.Lloyd, the wizard of Ware and the grandmaster of all dog breeders! Gunwise is now in partnership with my true friend Noelene Davison! We both love the old fashioned true "GUNDOG" type, not the modern "Generic show dog" type. There have been many great dogs bred and kept at Gunwise since 1979.

There are NO kennels here and never have been since 1979, Numerus homebred show and obedience titles and 2 Specialty Best in Show winners. True gundogs in every sense of the word, very sweet natured, sound in mind and body for many generations, now naturally fed and reared! Personalised service and caring advice for your Gunwise cocker. Be wise, there is NO substitute for true knowledge & experience. All puppies lovingly house reared and only available to approved loving homes. ALL Gunwise Mums of my puppies DNA tested and certified "CLEAR" for PRA(prcd), FN, EIC and PFK. I am proud to be a member of "The Cocker Spaniel Club UK", the foundation Club of the breed and The Cocker Spaniel Club of NSW!
