    A devoted Shih Tzu fancier since 1977, I am an honorary lifetime member, committee member, and editor for the Shih Tzu Club of Victoria, and editor of the Shih Tzu in Australasia Vol IV. I have titled Ch Meinlieb King O Hearts CCD RN (the 1st Shih Tzu to hold an obedience and conformation title in Australia), his sons Ch Meinlieb Magic Rndabout RN & Ch Meinlieb Takin A Chance JD, and his grandson Ch Tzunami Magical Kingdom. My dogs run free at home and are NOT PENNED to grow coat.
