LOWSET

We are located on a small acreage in the Wide Bay Region of Queensland. Where our Bassets enjoy our home life and their kennels. Since 2008 we have enjoyed a number of successes in the Show ring, Breeding our dogs that have won Best in Groups and Shows and culminating in Best of Breed/Group Winner at the Brisbane Royal "EKKA" with my Girl Lowset Our Queen Victoria. Our focus is Breeding Bassets for type, conformation, bone and a wonderful temperament. Importantly our Breeding program only includes those that have been ANKC eye tested and approved. Going some way to future proofing the Basset from health issues. Our puppies are born in our home (our bedroom) and are socialised with other animals including our cats and are gradually introduced to the whelping bay by the time they are six weeks old and from there to the grown up kennels. They go through all the required pre-approvals before they go to there forever home and are micro-chipped, vaccinated, wormed, Dogs Queensland Registered, DNA tested, Vet Checked and provided with a personalised Lowset Puppy and Advance Puppy Pack. I encourage all purchasers to contact me should they be unable to care for their Basset so that I might be able to re-home where ever possible We are not frequent breeders and breed mainly for ourselves to have a dog/bitch to Show in the ring as this has become a favourite past time.
