Pakowhai Beagles is based in rural Central Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. With over 25 years of experience owning, showing, and breeding Beagles in both the UK and New Zealand, I am passionate about producing Beagles that excel in both type and temperament. My aim is to breed beautiful Beagles that truly reflect the breed standard, while also possessing the loving, balanced temperament that makes them such wonderful companions. The health and wellbeing of my dogs is of the utmost importance, and I am committed to careful, selective breeding practices. All of my Beagles are genetically tested for MLS, Factor VII, Lafora Epilepsy, IGS, NCCD, PKD, and POAG. Puppies are lovingly raised in my home using the Puppy Culture program and protocols, giving them the very best start in life and helping them develop into confident, well-adjusted companions.
