Working to retain the working characteristics of the breed without sacrificing type or health. All breeding stock are tested in the field as well as being subjected to rigorous health testing and some have been successfully shown. We believe that "Form must follow Function", so if our dogs are not capable of completing the work the breed was designed for they should not contribute to the gene pool. The Toller is first and foremost a working dog, we make working ability the highest priority, so not to undermine the breeds foundation. We have had our Champion titled Tollers compete in Championship retrieving stakes and a National Retrieving Trial. Clearly demonstrating our belief that a toller can be, an attractive show dog, a much loved family pet and a working dog capable of competing against all gundog breeds in working competitions even at the highest levels makes us very proud. All breeding stock health cleared, Hips, Elbows, heart, and all Toller panel genetic tests are undertaken with certification supplied. We work to import the right genes to add diversity to our lines from working tollers with great pedigrees. The intention is always to get as good or better than we have. Litters are limited as the criteria is high and we take a lot of pride in what we do.
