Biggest thank you to Marilyn for trusting me with this gorgeous girl and providing so much help with our introduction to showing. Lady earned her final points towards her Championship title at the Bangalow A & I Society show on the 17th of November 2018. Alongside showing, Lady and I found our love for dog sports together. We have tried out many different sports together, learning together and having fun. Lady is my best friend and my best teacher. We started out training in agility (among other things) for many years which brought a lot of joy and learnings. In her later years we have switched focus to scent detection work and Lady has shown a real aptitude for this particular sport. She absolutely loves the game, often barking and pulling me into the search area, and I love it just as much. We spend most of our weekends together having fun out at scent work trials. Lady has achieved the following dog sports titles and as of 2025 is the highest titled Collie Rough in scent work in the country. She is the first Collie Rough to gain a Scent Work Masters title, the 4x Scent Work Element titles, the first to qualify in an Ultimate search, and the first to gain an ACSW NW3 title among others.
