Nakor made his show debut in March 2022, with some class in group wins in his first show season, then finished his show title in March 2023, and only occasionally has graced the show ring with his presence since then, as he started his sports career in late April '23. His first dog sport qualification was at Yuggera's July 2023 trick test, where with his high score (placing 3rd) and multiple BOB at the shows he also took out the inaugural versatility pointscore for dogs competing in both shows and sports for the weekend. He has completed 3 trick titles (starters, novice & intermediate), his junior courser title, his first three SprintDogTM titles, his first jumping title (novice), his first two rally titles, his first tracking title, and he & his teammate Tully (team Gingernuts) have their strategic pairs novice title. He also has further qualifications in scentwork, jumping (open), lure coursing, and sprint dog. Our dog sport season is short here (late March to late September) so for his first two years of competition he has done amazingly well. He is currently competing in: Agility (novice) Jumping (excellent and open) Strategic Pairs (excellent) Lure coursing (coursing ability) Sprint Dog (500+ points) Tracking (test 4) Rally (excellent) He has competed in: Tricks (advanced) - still prepping for the step up to advanced, i expect him back in the trick ring in 2026 Scentwork (advanced containers, novice other elements) - on hold due to time constraints from so many other sports.
