🐢 FRANKLIN 🐢 Everyone’s Favourite Turtle! Franklin (aka Turtle) has joined Kirah, Rupert and Vixen from across the ditch and I'm honoured that his breeder Deb Sheddan of Kaeva Norwich Terriers has entrusted me with this special little man. 2026 is shaping up to be quite busy already with Trick, Rally and Obedience trials as Franklin and I continue to focus on dog sports. He is a keen little worker and I’m excited to continue developing our skills and improving our teamwork! In the show ring, Franklin has been awarded the following: 1 x Best in Terrier Specialty Show 1 x Runner Up Best in Terrier Specialty Show BIG 3rd at the 2025 Sydney Royal Dog Show He is also a multi Best in Group (Group 1st), Runner-Up Best in Group (Group 2nd), Class in Show and Class in Group winner. I am so proud of this handsome boy, who truly is the King of my Heart! NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS: 20/09/2025: Franklin attains his 4th and final CACIB for his C.I.B. (International Beauty Champion) FCI title. He is the third Norwich in Australia with this title and the first for his breeder Deb Sheddan (Kaeva). 12/05/2025: Franklin attains his 4th A2O certificate and can now be known as an A2O Champion. 18/04/2025: Beyond even my wildest dreams, Franklin is awarded BIG 3rd at the 2025 Advance Sydney Royal Dog Show under international terrier specialist Mr Svante Frisk (Sweden) out of a massive 300+ terriers from all over Australia. This is the highest placing awarded to a Norwich at any of Australia’s Royal Shows to date. He truly is an exceptional little dog! 08/02/2025: We did it! Franklin is awarded his 10th Best in Group and final qualification to attain his Supreme Champion title. This makes my beautiful Turtle the third Norwich in Australia and the second Kaeva (Deb Sheddan) Norwich to be so highly titled in the conformation ring. 12/10/2024: Franklin was awarded Best in Specialty Show and Best Intermediate in Show at the British Terrier Club of NSW under terrier specialist Ms Diane Riley (NZ). He was also awarded Runner-Up Best in Specialty Show and Best Intermediate in Show at the British Terrier Club of NSW under terrier specialist Ms Wendy Wouters (NSW). What a GRAND way to attain the final points needed for his Grand Champion title! 31/08/2024: Franklin was placed TOP 6 out of a massive 176 terrier entry at the 2024 Royal Canin International Spring Fair under judge Mr Benjamin Sanchez-Garcia (Spain). This is such an amazing achievement for a rare breed to be so highly regarded amongst some of the most difficult terrier competition within NSW.
