'Winston ' was a very appealing puppy .. and had wormed his way into my heart when I didn't need another boy .. Not a big boy but he has a presence about him .. Measuring 14 1/4 in at 12 months . Loving his overall balance , sweet breed type and effortless movement . Winston started his show career while holidaying with Rhiannon Anderson in NSW as I was overseas then he got to stay for an extended holiday stay . Thank you Rhiannon for your love and care of Winston and taking him to his Title with many groups and In show awards along the way . Also my gratitude to Nicole Pearson for both these ladies recognising Winstons quality . Winston is now owned by Nicole Pearson of Hartly Kennels . ***** 04/05/2025 Winston was awarded Best Opposite Intermediate in Show at recent SSCV Champ sbow under Breed Specialist Marion Ten Cate from the Netherlands . Critique " Smaller dog but masculine enough. Excellent for breed type and overall balance. Lovely head with sweet expression due to almond shaped, obliquely set eyes. Wedge-shaped head, flat skull, and wellrounded muzzle. Arched neck, straight back, and sweep over the loin. Balanced angulation. Legs have just enough length, though he carries a long coat. On the move, shows good drive and stride; could tighten in elbows ." ***** Winston won Minor Puppy In Show at SSCNSW Speciality Championship show 2023 under Working Group specialist Mr Per Lundstrom (Sweden). Critique . "Most promising puppy shows the same profile standing and going, lovely topline already with a sweep over the loin. Very good head and expression well set and carried ears. Very balanced angulation, this also shows on the move, which is balanced low and effortless. Coat as expected for this age but you can see the correct straws are on their way out here and there.
