At home he is lovely to live with – sweet, friendly, gentle with family, children and other dogs. In sports training he brings all the energy and as a handler working with him feels fun and effortless. Nimble completed his Australian Championship title at just 9 months of age, collecting multiple Class in Group wins and a Reserve in Group along the way. Following his early show career he has spent the past two years focusing on foundations and imprinting for dog sports. In training he shows excellent work ethic and enthusiasm. He brings a strong natural prey drive and good food drive, making him a joy to train with and well suited to multiple performance sports. He is quick to engage, confident, and enjoys having a job to do. He is showing lots of promise in agility, with good speed and acceleration whilst remaining thoughtful in drive and responsive to handling. Nimble attended limited events in 2025 to introduce him to trialling gradually, in which time he earned: • 2x SprintDog Titles (N.SPRD & SPRD) with a personal best time of 8.76 seconds • #2 Fastest Collie Rough in Australia in Battle of the States 2025 (100m Sprint) • "Great Run" award at his first Lure Coursing Training Day in May 2025 • "Lure Drivers Choice" award at Dogs QLD SprintDog Subcommittee Trial in December 2025 • Passed Birch, Anise & Clove ORTs for his ACSW ORT Title at his first Noseworks trials in November 2025 From 2026 now at 2 years old he will commence trialling in agility, noseworks, lure coursing, sprint dog and tricks. We are very much looking forward to watching his progression across these sports and enjoying the journey with him.
