Tapua Leonardo
Meet Leonardo - aka Leo. This handsome young male is hitting the goals in the hands of his mum Nikola. Primarily purchased as a support for her kids and a fun family activity with dog showing Leo has hit the ring already over 50 point towards his title. As a newbie Nikola is having a ball with this lad.
Not only is he showing but he attends obedience where he is rapidly progressing through the level. Nikola has her own accredited AD but Leo has picked up her physical and anxiety triggers and indicates as accurately as her old dog. Leo indicates in a typical gentle intuitive Lab way, when something is wrong, he nudges or places his nose on her lap when she is unwell. Leo is much adored for his gentleness and intelligence.
Leo is a 5th generation Tapua dog, from our proven lines of Assistance Dogs and even though officially not being trained to alert, Leo does so regardless.
