Maya arrived home at Woy Woy from Pennsylvania on 3 March 2012. A vivacious, smart and sweet Poodle (with a touch of the house guard), a refined and square white girl with glamorous eyes and expression, good thick harsh coat, elegant carriage, strong movement. Maya gained her Champion title in November 2012. Her pedigree reflects many years of thoughtful planning by some of the top breeders in the US, the UK and Spain and features 3 crosses in 4 gens to Torpaz It'll Be All White, sire of Donny (RUBIS Crufts) and King (BIS Crufts and World Dog Show).
Hips 3:3; Eyes clear (ACES); NE, DM and vWD normal. SA clear per current test (OFA). Thyroid (Free T4) normal.
Maya will be 14 in April 2025. As at November 2024 she is a happy old girl who enjoys a quiet outing taking into account her meds-managed heart murmur (it's the only meds she's on apart from occasional ear cleaning), but she can still turn into the up-n-atem huntress of old at the sight of brush turkeys etc.
