Aust. Ch. & Aust. Neut. Ch. Libertyjewel Star Obsession QND “Tilly” We bred Tilly and she achieved her Australian Championship title at a young age of just 16 months old. Tilly competed in the Labrador National Show in NSW 2018. Tilly is a dual Australian Champion in the conformation show ring. Tilly has shown how versatile she is in the show ring and retrieving trials. A truly versatile dog demonstrates excellence in both the show ring and the retrieving trial. In the conformation ring, versatility is reflected in correct structure, balance, movement, and breed type—all qualities that not only meet the breed standard but also support the stamina and efficiency needed for retrieving game. This physical correctness translates directly into her performance, where Tilly must cover ground with purpose, display keen bird sense, and work in partnership with me, the handler. What makes such a dog truly versatile is the ability to transition seamlessly between the precision and presentation of the show ring and the drive, intelligence, and work ethic required in retrieving trials. This balance of form and function showcases not only Tilly’s breed’s pedigree but also her temperament, trainability and athleticism. Tilly obtained her Qualifying Novice Dog (QND) title for Retrieving, a wonderful effort as it was our initial introduction as owner/handler to this dog sport. Tilly has had 2 litters, both resulting in 16 beautiful, pawsome Chocolate pups per litter. Her first litter of 8 pawfect, beautiful Chocolate pups whelped on 23/10/19.
