Border collies bred for type and temperament often available in chocolate,blue,red and black and white, tri and chocolate merle, blue merle and tri merle. Parents are hip and elbow scored and DNA tested to ensure that none of the pups can be affected by CL, CEA, TNS, Raine Syndrome, Glaucoma, Primary Lens Luxation,Von Willabrand's Disease Type 11, Cobalamin Malabsorption Cubilin deficiency (Border Collie type) Ivermectin Sensitivity and Degenerative Myalopathy. Pups are sold on limited register suitable for pet,agility and obedience. I have been breeding Border Collies since 1995.

Located on the beautiful Gold Coast, Calihills Border Collies are bred and raised by a breeder with 16 years of experience in the veterinary industry and a genuine passion for producing quality Border Collies with sound temperaments. All of our breeding dogs undergo extensive health testing. This includes glaucoma testing with gonioscopy, hip and elbow scoring, shoulder X-rays, and DNA testing for all known hereditary diseases relevant at the time of mating. While we proudly exhibit our Border Collies in the show ring, they are first and foremost cherished members of our family. Our dogs are never housed in kennels or cages — they enjoy their days playing outdoors or relaxing indoors alongside us. Our puppies are registered on the ANKC Limited Register, meaning they are recognised pedigree Border Collies but are not eligible for showing or breeding. Abbymor Border Collies is a small kennel on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We are a registered breeder with DOGS QLD and breed pure bred border collies for show, sports and pets. Primarily, we breed for show and try to improve the breed in conformation, health, temperament and type. Our breeding dogs are dna tested, hip and elbow scored and eye tested so we know what to expect with inherited issues when we breed. We research border collie lines in depth before choosing a stud dog as it is important to us to breed the best we can. Temperament is very important and puppies are carefully socialised. Our dogs live with us as our family and we exercise them daily as well as provide stimulus for their enquiring and active minds. Our foundation lines descend from the well-known Clan-Abby Border Collies in Queensland and New Zealand, Nahrof Border Collies in Sydney and Monlaird Border Collies from Victoria. These breeders are renown for excellent and responsible dog breeding of the highest quality and their dogs can be found around the world excelling at shows and sports.
