Saradale Border Collies has been proudly involved in the pedigree dog world for over 20 years. During this time, we have actively participated across multiple disciplines, ultimately finding our niche in the conformation show ring — while always maintaining a strong commitment to versatility and working ability. Our dogs regularly compete in rally, SprintDog, and scent work, reflecting our belief that the Border Collie should be as capable as it is beautiful. We are dedicated breed custodians who prioritise temperament, structural soundness, and genetic health above all. All breeding dogs are fully DNA profiled and health tested, including hip and elbow scoring prior to any breeding plans being considered. Careful pedigree research and collaboration with like-minded breeders — both within Australia and internationally — allows us to thoughtfully incorporate bloodlines that complement and strengthen our program. Our goal is to produce Border Collies that are consistent with the breed standard, mentally stable, physically sound, and capable of excelling as show dogs, performance partners, or devoted family companions. At Saradale, breeding is never about quantity — it is about preservation, integrity, and long-term responsibility to the breed we are so passionate about.

We are situated at Ninderry on the Sunshine Coast. Our love affair with Border Collies began with Tia, a beautiful Red & White girl that we adopted from our local refuge. That was nearly 25 years ago, when Tia passed away we decided we wanted another Border Collie just like her. We were so fortunate to meet up with the lovely ladies from Bojak Border Collies, where we found Millie. Since then we have increased our Border Collie pack to 5 and have bred Border Collies for the past 16 years. Our puppies are bred for temperament and soundness to improve the breed and for loving pets that will give their owners as much love and enjoyment as we have had from our dogs. We are on a small acreage and all our puppies are raised in our home with our other dogs and cats. All the dogs we breed with are fully DNA profiled and tested clear of CEA, CL & TNS, so all our puppies are clear of those conditions by parentage. Our puppies are all registered with Dogs Queensland and are sold on a limited register.

We are a small kennel located in the Sunshine Coast QLD. Will send puppies interstate at buyers' expense but by air only. Will drop at Brisbane Airport for no extra cost. We are a small kennel located in South East Queensland and our dogs are part of our family. It all started in 1999 with our foundation girl, Trixie, & in 2003 her son Bronson, & together they enjoyed herding, obedience, agility, canine disc/frisbee, lure coursing and even dog sledding! We only breed when we want something for ourselves or we have a number of great homes wanting a pup, so we don't breed very often. In 2013 we started planning our next litter & the future of the kennel, with the help of our friends & mentors at Dunwurkn and Sarasota Border Collies. The kennel has grown significantly since then, both in dog numbers and property size. Our main sport now is Flyball, but we still do some dog sledding in the winter, albeit just for fun these days! I have been breeding for 17 years and as a breeder I am always learning on how to improve my lines. I love the joy I can bring into people lives with a new fur baby. Bordergemz is situated in McIntosh Creek not far from the Sunshine Coast. My dogs are part of the family on my mini farm. My dogs and puppies are well socialized with other dogs, cattle and horses as well as our many visitors. My dogs, I am proud to report, are doted upon because they are very precious to me. Border Collies are well suited to active families in either the suburbs or more urban areas. They do very well in breed classes, obedience and agility, they have a natural working instinct. I have had Border Collies all my life, originally for working. But now, with less work for them, I have a couple of Show Dogs, one of whom was titled with ease. To maintain the breeds versatility, the girls work as well as show.

Sherayle Kennels is a small kennel on the Southside of Brisbane. My involvment with Border Collies revolves around confirmation, obedience and agility but most importantly they are my pets first and also a member of the family. Will only breed occasionally when am looking for a new member of the family. I first became involved in showing Border Collies after being involved in obedience and agility with rescued Keeshonds from the RSPCA. But after growing up with Border Collies my passion was towards the Border Collie. So with the assistance of friends at the obedience club, I purchased my first Border Collie ‘Neloby Miss Marnie’ aka Marnie and this little girl was my foundation bitch when it came to learning and growing with the breed. We are a small breeder currently living in Rocksberg after spending our last 20+ years in the Scenic Rim. As a Veterinary Nurse I bought my first Border Collie pup Shep 40 years ago and have been in love with the breed ever since. We have also owned and shown our wonderful Kangal Dogs over the years. Our beautiful girl Lacey (KOLORKO BING IT ON AGAIN) is 3 years old and was raised on a Thoroughbred Stud, constantly by my side whether on the buggy/quad doing the feed run, helping bringing the mares and foals in for vetting or keeping a watchful eye on the farrier in case she might get some hoof trimmings:) Our first litter born 5/7/22 have all gone to some amazing homes throughout Australia and we love hearing how they well they have all fitted in with their new families and love getting updates from them.
