Information on us and our dogs, including litters planned, our Waiting list and photos are on our website. www.asterby.com We live on 8 acres on the Mid North Coast of NSW, and breed specifically for pups with a quieter style, family orientated temperament. Our Borders have full Breed DNA profiles done to ensure that none of our pups can be affected by CL, CEA, TNS, Raines Syndrome, Glaucoma, Ivermectin Sensitivity and all other diseases/issues that Border Collies can be prone to. Our pups and dogs are raised with our family and other animals and are beautiful intelligent loving dogs. They are quieter style dogs & very family orientated. Our dogs/puppies are with us in our family home environment and are much loved family members and puppies live inside with us. Puppies have basic toilet training, know how to come when called and basic Crate Training before they leave us at 8 weeks and have lots of fun, interaction with our family and our other pets both inside and outside our home. Pups are able to go to their new homes at 8 weeks old and we personally deliver from our home to Sydney included in cost of your puppy, we can organise transport to other destinations on request. We like to deliver our pups personally (where possible) as this helps the puppies to have the smoothest and easiest transition to their new families and also means we get to meet each other!! My love for Border collies started 28yrs ago with two pet borders that watched my children grow. I was so amazed how tenderly they where around each one of my children as babies. Always gentle and tolerant of anything my toddlers (at the time)put them through. This won me over many years ago. They are such fantastic dogs, but also Borders are so much more than family pets, they are not just highly intelligent, but also loyal and very teachable, each with their own unique personalities. Our dogs are a very important part of our family and everyday life. Our dogs are not kennelled as such but have freedom on our 100 acre farm. The wellbeing of my dogs is my first priority so we aim to breed well adjusted Collies, for structure, colour and form, but most importantly dogs with lovely personalities suitable for any ability whether it be agility, flyball, or a family companion. Xeroth Border Collies is a small Dogs NSW registered breeder and exhibitor of border collies. "Puppies Due May 2026" We do not have puppies often as our main goal is to retain a puppy from each litter to better the next generation and assist other reputable breeders in our joint venture of improving health, temperament and conformation of the breed here in Australia and Overseas. When we do have a litter, they are raised using ENS and ESI along with a strict adherence to the Puppy Culture Protocols and other socialisation and habituation processes to ensure each puppy will be set up with the skills to adapt to their future lives. We also start the foundations of toilet training, crate training, obedience, clicker training, grooming, manding and leash walking. All of our breeding dogs are fully DNA tested to rule out testable genetic diseases. They also have their joints x-rayed to ensure that they will not genetically predispose any puppies to joint issues like Hip Dysplasia. We are now taking expressions of interest for our exciting litter due May 2026. We are expecting low/medium drive black and white and red and white puppies.
