Trenwyth Kennels was established in 1978 and is located in Beaudesert, Queensland, which is one hour south of Brisbane. I have been breeding and exhibiting rough collies under the TRENWYTH prefix for over 40 years, successfully combining top English and Australian bloodlines in all three colours. I was the first collie rough breeder to be accredited by Dogs Queensland and am one of only two collie rough accredited breeders in Queensland. I have bred many Champions and Best In Show winners, both in Specialty and All Breeds Shows. Sable, tri-colour and blue merle puppies are sometimes available to loving, forever homes. Puppies are raised in a loving home environment and are bred for good temperaments. They are well socialised with children and other pets. Trenwyth puppies come health and eye checked, microchipped, and with their first vaccination. All puppies are registered with Dogs Queensland and puppies registered on the general register are DNA checked for parentage. Extensive information on diet and care is provided. It was when I was in Alaska that I bought and imported my first female collie (Klondike's Enchanted Evening) in 2006 from Klondike Collies of Fairbanks - Alaska. My second female was imported in 2009 from the USA as well from the late Martha Ramer.(Society Collies - Pasadena, California) Duncan was imported from the USA last year. Coolabine is a small stud breeding quality Rough Collies in three colours. I have kept and bred Collies since 1967. In my breeding program, equal emphasis is placed on conformation and temperament.
