Owners of dalmatians from 1974. The Instride prefix was registered in 1981. Since that time we have successfully bred and exhibited Supreme, Grand and Australian Champions. Instride Dalmatians are recognised for their soundness in confirmation and movement and we are proud of our ability to maintain success and excellence over 35 yrs.Our dogs have been rewarded with Best in Show awards at both All Breeds and Specialty level. As well, we have provided many families with loving, loyal and healthy family companions over the years. Located on 84 acres in spectacular country in the Adelaide Hills our dogs enjoy a peaceful rural lifestyle and upbringing. I have been granted Breed Specialist judging status by the National Dalmatian Council and am an ANKC All Breeds International judge. Our Dalmatians are family pets first, the training and dog sports I do with them is a bonus. They love nothing more than snuggling up on the sofa next to you (and if they get the chance being a lapdog) as well as being ready to play games and train. They train and/or compete in a variety of performance dog sports such as Obedience, Rally Obedience, Tracking, Track and Search, Scent Works, Agility, Jumping, Games and Endurance Test as well as the Conformation Ring. We have the first Triple Champions (Conformation, Tracking, Track & Search) and first Track & Search Grand Champions and Tracking Grand Champion Dalmatians in SA. Our aim is to breed LUA (low uric acid) Dalmatians with good health, temperament and structure. Puppies are brought up in a home environment using protocols to give them a variety of enrichment, exposure, experiences and the beginning of toilet training before going to their new homes.
