Bravadobe Dobermanns is a breeder and exhibitor of Supreme & Grand Champions, Multi Best in Show & Best in Specialty award winning Dobermanns, situated in NSW's Southern Highlands on Acreage We only ever have a small number of Dobermanns residing at home at any one time, as this ensures that they become part of the family and beloved companion rather than a kennel dog. Many of our Dobermanns have found loving homes around the country and overseas and are competitively shown & trialed with a great amount of success. To date we have bred 66 Australian Champions, 5 Supreme Champions, 8 Grand Champions, 3 NZ & 3 American Champions, one of which became the first & to date only Australian bred Dobermann to win an All Breeds Best in Show in the USA. In addition, Bravadobe was the breeder & co-owner of the last Australian Dobermann National Best in Show winner Keno, Supreme Champion Bravadobe Pure Anarchy (AI) ET WAC and was handled by Bravadobe’s Nichole Maassen. As well as taking out top awards in the show ring, we are also very proud that some of dogs are performing duties as service and therapy dogs and that our breeding has also been recognized for their fantastic aptitude in the working arenas such as obedience, tracking, endurance, temperament & agility with over 50 working titles, including the prestigious Register of Merit (ROM).

Located in southern NSW near Albury, this is a small, select kennel, established in 1995, which has successfully combined top Australian blood lines with those of recent American imports. As the aim is to move forward with each litter, I breed only when I want to keep a puppy. The results speak for themselves. Four multi-BIS/RUBIS winning Grand Champions and thirteen Champions carry the Auslander prefix - with others part way there. Our top winning male, Grand Champion Auslander Dark Jester, had 43 BIS/RUBIS, (including a RUBISS), 5 Royal Best Of Breed wins and is a Royal Best In Show winner. Our top bitch, Grand Champion Auslander Living Doll, campaigned by Ros Bacich & Peter Williams has 19 BIS and 6 RUBIS wins to her credit in Sydney, Canberra and NSW country areas.

My experience in the breed spans more than 25 years. I have devoted my life to these dogs. I have experience in obedience, agility, confirmation shows, tracking, agility, schutzhund (working dog) , multiple gold medalist in obedience. As well as movie/performance work. This is a very versatile breed if you have the time you can take it to any level! Over 40 Aust. Champions and some in other countries! Not to mention numerous other titles. I search the world and do my best to import dogs from different countries to diversify the genetics and improve the health of the Dobermanns in this country! I have already created a line spanning more than 12 generations of some amazing Dobermanns. Puppies at times available to approved homes. I health test extensively for all the known genetic diseases one of the biggest killers being heart problems. DCM1 and DCM 2 genes have now been found and I take this very seriously and I en-devour to breed this out as with vWD. More genetic diversity will help with immune diseases like cancer to name a few and hope to improve the health and longevity in this wonderful breed. I also focus on a more natural way of feeding. My dogs and puppies are fed the most of natural foods as nature intended. We are a small kennel based in Canberra. Over the past 23 years our dobes have participated in confirmation show, obedience, agility, Working Aptitude Evaluation and endurance. We health test for diseases common to dobes before deciding to breed. These tests include DNA testing for DCM and vWd as well as blood tests looking for the first signs of liver disease, kidney disease and thyroid disease. Our aim is to breed dobes with excellent character and confidence, as well as sound health, good conformation and the ability to move with agility and ease. Our girl Heidi "Aust Ch Travalee Favel Star CD ADX JDX ET WAC ROM" achieved her Working Aptitude Certificate at the 2007 Dobermann National in Victoria, which qualified her for a "Register of Merit".

We are a small kennel situated 20kms from Kempsey, between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie and are on 25 acres giving our dogs plenty of exercise and freedom to run. As we only breed ocassionally our aim is to produce quality, healthy puppies with the best temperaments and conformation possible. Our dogs all reside in our home, you might say we live in the dogs home with them. Seareach Dobermanns started in 1984 with the purchase of the lovely Dobna Magnificent. 'Saga' was a wonderful introduction to the breed as well as to obedience work obtaining her CDX, and was the founder of a line of great family companions for us that continued over 20 years. In 2007 Seareach revitalised and commenced a pure European lines breeding program. The lovely black bitch, CH Wattavue Dare to Dance (CIDER), aside from being one of the first TAILED breed champions was also an outstanding companion, and became the foundation of our 100% European bloodline, which capitalises on the success of the famous von Norden Stamm kennel lines. Our current females are 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th generation descendants of this girl. As a female line they are exhibiting good health and longevity. Seareach endeavours to breed high quality Dobermanns of European lines suitable for great family companions, as well as excellent working and show dogs. Genetic health testing, ongoing cardiac testing via echocardiogram and genetic diversity testing all figure prominently in our endeavour to breed fit health classic European style dobes. A small kennel. We only breed when looking for a new pup to keep for ourselves. All parents are health tested and all care taken to breed known diseases out of lines. Litters are whelped and raised inside house until four weeks, when they go out and are started on solid foods. All pups are all given individual attention and care. Only raw natural foods are fed.
