Aamurusko Finnish Lapphunds are home to outstanding, versatile Finnish Lapphunds. Located near Canberra, our small kennel is dedicated to raising exceptional dogs known for their intelligence, beauty, & gentle natures. We are dedicated to breeding selectively for health, structure, type, and temperament. While small in scale, our commitment to the happiness of our dogs is unwavering. At Aamurusko, our dogs are first and foremost cherished family members. To ensure they receive the attention and quality of life they deserve, we maintain small numbers and breed sparingly. Years of research and planning go into each litter, including the import of diverse genetics from overseas through semen and/or dogs. Active in conformation showing, dog sports, and therapy work, we proudly contribute to the NSW/ACT/VIC dog community. Every puppy is raised with second-to-none care, and we provide ongoing support to their families. We’re thrilled to announce an exciting litter planned for early 2026 between stunning SE UCH Brickebos Nep (whose semen we imported a few years ago) and our outstanding homebred girl Ch Aamurusko Anna of Arendelle AI ET TKS WNPD. It’s likely that most of our puppies will be spoken for well ahead of birth, but depending on litter size we occasionally have availability.
