We have been breeding IRWS since 1995 and we have bred and are still breeding the only Irish Red and White Setters in Australia/New Zealand that consistently win 'Best in Group, Class in Group, Class in Show and Best in Show awards. Our pups are in high demand and we have exported dogs to America, Canada, South Africa,Vietnam, Japan, Hong Kong and New Zealand. All our IRWS are health checked & tested for CLAD. PPC, Hip and Elbow Dysplasia, and Von Willebrand Disease - we recommend that, when purchasing a puppy of any breed, you ensure that all necessary health checks have been completed. IRWS are not a breed for everyone and we would like anyone interested in the breed to contact us by phone so that we can discuss if his breed is the right one for you. This is a super intelligent breed and IRWS do need to be trained from the minute you get them, or they will train YOU! Irish Red & White Setters have made a huge impact on my life. This intelligent highly trainable breed are very competitive in all dog sports disciplines, making their mark in rally, agility, tracking and scent work. They adore their family and make wonderful family companions. Selectively breeding for temperament and soundness are a priority for me. All current dogs are hip and elbow scored and DNA tested for CLAD, PRA (late onset) and Von Willebrand's disease.
