We are a small family kennel dedicated to breeding the Irish Terrier to the correct standard to produce beautiful dogs with excellent health, temperament, and soundness. Our dogs are of top-winning Irish Terrier bloodlines that excel in the show ring and loving family pets with their love and loyalty. This breed is like no other, they are smart and easily trainable, playful, energetic, loving, and gentle with the feistiness of the terrier in just the right size. Our puppies are raised in a loving family environment, they are well socialised with children and other dogs. When leaving us they are microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, health checked, and come with a puppy starter pack. We offer lifelong relationships with our puppy owners and provide advice and guidance, be it training for dog shows, sports, or obedience. We are planning puppies for March 2025

Gold Coast, Queensland Originating in Ireland, one of the oldest breeds of terriers. Nicknamed the “daredevil,” it has earned the reputation of being adaptable, loyal, spirited, and recklessly courageous. It served as a messenger and sentinel dog in World War I, and it has been used to hunt and to retrieve game. The Irish terrier is a sturdily built dog with racier lines than those of other terriers. Its long, relatively narrow head is usually accented by a short beard. It stands about 18 inches (46 cm), weighs 12 to 17 kg, and is distinguished by its wiry golden-red to reddish brown coat. They are an energetic, fun loving dog that loves people's company, especially children. They love to exercise and play but also can be quite content just lying in the sun. They are a healthy breed with a weatherproof coat and can live indoors or out. They have a gentle nature but are true Terriers when the situation warrants it. GráMoChroi (graw mu cree) in Gaelic means 'in my heart' or 'love of my heart'. When you welcome an Irish Terrier into your life, you are bound to fall in love. My husband and I did, with our first Irish Terrier, Rufus, well over a decade ago (from Erica at Roismar Kennels). When he left our lives, we were inspired to get more involved with the breed. This has led to a whirlwind of showing and dog sports. It's a privilege to own and showcase this stunning heritage breed. Our dogs are involved in several sports - presently Lure Pursuit and SprintDog. Irish are also well suited to other sports like obedience, agility, scent work and tracking. How to best describe what it’s like living with an Irish Terrier? They are loving but irrepressibly cheeky. They are energetic, but also enjoy cuddles. They love their humans fiercely and give incredible eye contact. They are mischievous... but will make you laugh every day. They are the best dogs. Our litters are raised in a family home environment and are well socialised, drawing on Puppy Culture principles. We love hearing from the owners of our puppies about all their adventures, and offer life-long support. Litter confirmed by ultrasound - due early May 2026.
