CREENA - We are a small kennel situated in the Adelaide Hills, concentrating on quality rather than quantity. Health and temperament are equally important to us , prior to breeding any of our hounds, they undergo breed screening heart checks from a veterinary specialist cardiologist and are x-rayed for both hip and elbow dysplasia with official scores publicly available on the Irish Wolfhound Database. Our imported bitch, Grand Champion Fleetwood Maureen At Creena is the first Irish wolfhound import to gain the title of Grand Champion, an accomplishment we are immensely proud of and her offspring are winning well in Australia , New Zealand and the UK All the hounds keep extremely fit running on our acreage and some, due to their calm, steady temperament, have been used as service dogs, visiting elderly hospital patients. They are also very devoted to the youngest members of our family; all puppies are given the opportunity to interact with young children whilst being raised at Creena All dogs bred by us have full complete pedigrees with full registered names in every generation

All dogs purchased or bred by us have complete pedigrees, with fully registered names in every generation. Our dogs are raised in a family environment and actively participate in conformation showing and dog sports. This highlights their versatility, intelligence, and provides a positive outlet for their natural abilities. We do not believe in shortcuts—and it shows in our dogs. All of our dogs are well-mannered, enjoy showing and sports, are fit for function, and meet breed standards. We ensure all dogs undergo appropriate health testing, including heart, hip, and elbow evaluations, liver shunt screening, and DNA testing. Our dogs are not kept in cages or pens and have free roam of our home and yard at all times. They are socialised with horses, pigs, sheep, cats, birds, and children. All of our dogs are valued family members and are included in everyday activities, helping them develop into well-rounded and balanced animals. Our puppies are raised on a farm with children, with a strong focus on early socialisation and desensitisation. All puppies available will be sterilised prior to leaving (this is not desexing). They come with comprehensive puppy packs, complete pedigrees, insurance, and lifetime support. We do not accept colour or sex requests, as we cannot guarantee what will be born.

All puppies have been raised in my home environment with an emphasis on producing healthy, socially adjusted, confident Irish Wolfhounds. All puppies are registered with Dogs Victoria.
