Amberrise Kennels – Kleine Münsterländer (Small Munsterlander Pointer) At Amberrise Kennels, I am proud to currently be New Zealand’s only breeder of the Kleine Münsterländer, a rare and versatile gundog originally developed in Germany. These intelligent, affectionate dogs are known for their strong hunting ability, trainability, and deep bond with their people—making them excellent companions for active families, hunters, and dog sport enthusiasts. My breeding program is built around my imported foundation bitch, Amelialand La Vida FCI, from the renowned Amelialand Kennels in Poland. La Vida brings top European bloodlines, exceptional working drive, and a calm, people-focused temperament. Her presence lays the foundation for my mission: to establish and promote the Kleine Münsterländer in New Zealand with health, integrity, and purpose. All my dogs are fully health-tested, and puppies are raised in my home with early socialisation, exposure, and care. They leave with full vet checks, microchipping, documentation, and lifetime breeder support.
