Pinquest is a small kennel located in the central North Island of NZ. Proud Massey University qualified Vet Nurse breeder of multiple champions and age class in group and in show winners from very limited litters, always looking to improve while keeping true to the breed standard with sound temperaments and good health test results. The first and thus far only miniature pinscher breeder to OFFA Patella Score and Congenital Cardiac Evaluate in NZ. All dogs and puppies raised and kept in my home together as part of the family-no 'kennel dogs' here! There are not many legitimate breeders of Miniature Pinschers in NZ (there are many puppy mills), please do your homework, your min pin will be a member of your family for up to 15 years. I have chosen not to dock since 2012 and now cannot. Home to Ivy, NZ's first Min Pin to achieve Canine Good Citizen. Ivy is also NZ's first Min Pin to achieve her Platinum Certificate of Merit! Lilybug (CH Melka Caught In The Crossfire) becomes NZ's second CGC Min Pin! Kit (NZ CH Pinquest The North Remembers) becomes the third and third generation to achieve GCG Foundation and Bronze and now the first and only Min Pin in NZ to achieve Gold! 2019 Target (CH Pinquest Valar Morghulis) becomes the first Min Pin dog to achieve his Platinum Certificate of Merit! Confident, spirited Miniature Pinschers - raised as family and bred with purpose. Miniature Pinschers are an incredible breed — full of personality, intelligence, and confidence in a small but mighty package. We fell in love with their bold spirit and zest for life and feel incredibly lucky to share our lives with these amazing little dogs. It’s our passion to preserve and share this wonderful breed with the right families. Our dogs are cherished members of our family and live an adventurous, love-filled life right alongside us. Whether they’re joining us for beach adventures or curled up under a blanket for a cozy movie night, they are always part of the action. We are committed to responsible breeding and the long-term health of the breed. Our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing including full DNA screening, patella scoring, and cardiac certification by a qualified veterinarian. To help strengthen and diversify our lines, we have carefully imported dogs from Australia and the United States. Our dogs also enjoy being involved in a range of activities including conformation showing, trick titles, obedience, and agility training. Finding the right homes for our puppies is incredibly important to us. We take the time to get to know potential families and and ensure each puppy is placed in a loving home where they will be treasured for life.
