Started in the breed over 20 years ago when purchasing from Rick and Kathryn Berwick a show male Ellesmyre Ruffn Tumble. He won baby in group at his first show and we were hooked! He went to win numerous best in group awards as well as Best in Show Awards (all breeds/ and specialty) and become my first champion so a wonderful start with the breed. PERFU was established in 1979 after Chris and Sue successfully exhibited under the Baluchistan prefix, owned by Effie Moore which was established in 1971. Since this time Chris has continually exhibited Old English Sheepdogs throughout Australia. They have bred/exhibited over 55 OES champions, Grand Champions and Supreme Champions shown by Sue, Chris and Jason Moore. They have also bred some highly successful performance dogs. PERFU has been Australia's top OES breeder since 2013 PERFU was the home of the famous Supreme Champion Brinkley Song 'N' Dance Man at Perfu (IMP UK) THE FAMOUS DANNYBOY WAS THE WORLD BREED RECORD HOLDER FOR BEST IN SHOWS AND AUSTRALIA'S TOP OES 2005-2012. He also won the working group at Sydney and Melbourne Royals in 2011, Australia’s largest shows. PERFU was also thrilled to export Danny’s son to the UK in 2010 ENG and AUST CH PERFU the BOY FROM OF OZ who gained his English Championship after 10 months of exhibition. His progeny won classes at Crufts, and his daughter was top OES bitch in UK in 2014. They also imported from USA, American and Australian Champion Barkshire's Captain America - "Roger" . In 2019 he was Number 1 All Breeds All Systems. He was imported to compliment the Perfu breeding Program. Whitefall Old English Sheepdogs was established 1964 in Scotland by Robin and Christine Mather arriving in South Australia in 1968. They brought with them Whitefall Rollingsea Beach Bunny & Whitefall Prospectblue Guardsman who became Australian Champions. After a short period back in Scotland by the 90s Alison Finlay and Christine ventured into Newfoundlands while maintaining a passion for OES. During a period owning and showing Gateview Goes to the Top Alison was added to the prefix and they waited for the right bitch to come along. Before Robin passed away in 2015, Alison and Christine travelled overseas to shows and formed an alliance with Niedersachsens Pride OES to facilitate the right dog semen to be imported for the bitch. She finally came along in 2014. Robin loved Ruby (Ch Perfu Bridal Waltz) and he was very happy with the plan for the next generation of Whitefall. With thanks to Perfu we continue in an independent direction. Robin would be very proud to have Ch Whitefall Gentlemen Never Tell (ai) aka Jock show presented and handled by friend Rose Harry. Whitefall has a strong focus on health and abide by the Dogssa Code of Ethics. All our dogs are house dogs and companions first. Dog profiles and results are on this site. For further information about specific health tests and rearing please contact us. We do not keep a "puppy list" but will check back with enquires when we have successfully whelped a litter. My first Old English Sheepdog was Scruffen Moppet in 1969 and I had my first litter in 1974, since then I have not been without a OES in my life. Through the years my dogs have competed successfully in many championship shows, including in most states of Australia, winning Best in Show at Nationals and Specialties. My dogs also love competing in Obedience Trials and have Herding Instinct Certification as well as Therapy Dogs attending Nursing Homes and have been used for Photographic and Advertising shoots for some major brand advertising campaigns. My dogs are my family and any pups breed with the Olensha prefix are also treated with the utmost care in health, mind and welfare. There will only be, maybe one litter every one or two years so they are very special. Only available to owners who will appreciate the breeds many qualities.

I health check and hip xray my Breeding stock, and have the xrays read and certified so to ensure that I breed with dogs that have better than average hips. Hartwyn breed sparingly, but we have a waiting list for those who we believe will become loving owners of a well bred Hartwyn Old English Sheepdog puppy.
