We breed for quality not to get 'pretty/trendy' colours. We don't refer to our dogs as breeding stock, they are our pets and companions. We only breed to improve the breed, so don't continually have puppies available. No litters planned in the near future.

Recent Standard show dogs at Manray have included the black Standard male Chadwick (Aust & Am Ch Targa All The Stars, Imp USA), shown and handled by Caroline Sharpe in Victoria, and the black Standard female Lucy, Ch Manray Lucy In Silkstockings, shown by me in NSW and by Iris Silk in Qld. Lucy's father is Evander, a son of Int Ch Huffish Intensive Care. On his mother's side Evander is a grandson of Ch & Am Ch Picardy Mymarechal, a son of Treson. On her mother's side Lucy is a grand-daughter of my imported white girl Maya, aka Ch Unique She's Right On Time Imp USA, who is a daughter of Am Gr Ch Afterglow Alberto. Maya's US Gr Ch mother was a daughter of the Crufts Best in Show winner UK & Am Ch Topscore Contradiction (King). Chadwick and Lucy had a mating on 5 March 2025. The pups were born on 6 May 2025, 1 white boy and 3 black girls. The white boy will stay with me. The girls all have good homes. I also have the black Standard male Tsar, aka Manray Breaking News At Kihope (born 2018), title pending submission. Tsar is a son of Sup Ch Cotian Call The Paparazzi, a son of Am and UK Ch Del Zarzoso Salvame at Afterglow (Dino). Tsar's white mother Pixie was a daughter of Maya. Pixie's black father Kooper, aka Manray Day Lewis, carried my old Marsden and Dassin (US) breeding through Ch Manray B Surreal. To produce Kooper I outcrossed this line to my white girl Maud, aka Kateisha Rusalka (Imp NZ). I have Kooper's frozen semen in storage.

Our fur kids are our family and live with us in the house, free to come in or go outside as they please. Puppies are very well socialised in this environment. The older dogs play with them and teach them not to fear the sound of the vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine etc. our grandchildren play gently with them so they are not frightened of little people and learn to understand how to interact with them. We are firm believers in the benefits of Early neurological stimulation and use a Bio Sensory routine on our puppies which helps desensitise them to common feelings experienced later in life, this teaches them to have a think first approach to anything strange, making them well balanced individuals with solid temperaments. Puppies are raised with us in the house and given a top quality diet to give them the best start in life. They’re wormed every 2 weeks, they will have had their 1st C3 vac and Microchip when they turn 6 weeks old, and given a thorough health check at this time in readiness for their new family when they are 8 weeks old. We have been focused on our youngsters in the show ring and current agility stars. We are now taking expressions of interest for an upcoming silver/ blue litter. I have successfully shown and learnt to groom Standard Poodles and am passionate about the breed. I have also been involved in obedience and am currently training and competing successfully in the Agility Ring with both a Standard and Toy Poodles. I place a great importance on type, temperament, and soundness and hope to be a caretaker of the breed. Early puppy socialisation and building great relationships with our Companion Animals is a high priority for me. I am proud to have previously shared two of my Standard Poodles as a volunteer with the Delta Pet Therapy Program visiting two Aged Care Facilities in NSW.
