Klabauter Standard Schnauzers started in 1999, when the breed was chosen for being Austrian/German in origin, its non-shedding coat, versatility, loyalty and temperament. We only have a small number of dogs which share our household, and have produced winners at Sydney and Brisbane Royals and many Champion titled dogs and bitches. We are dedicated to improving the black Standard Schnauzer in Australia and have imported lots of frozen semen and two studdogs from Europe. Our foundation import Born to Oz Grand Calvera" (Imp Czech Republic) - "Ozzie", son of the World Champion 2008 and a half brother to World Champion 2009 and 2014, is now behind our lines, and hot of the press we have a fresh arrival in 2023 from the Czech Republic - "Yakir Black Grand Calvera" (Imp CZE) - the son of the World Dog Show Winner 2019. "Yakir" has already produced his first litter, and the puppies look exquisite! Our puppies are brought up with the rough and tumble treatment our kids give them, and fit beautifully into life as family dogs. Puppies planned again in the second half of 2025.

I am striving to breed family dogs of quality, substance, type, soundness and temperament who is committed to the preservation and improvement of the wonderful Standard Schnauzer breed. I only breed one litter at a time and mating’s are planned with great care and consideration. Our puppies come with a puppy pack, Dogs NSW limited registration,Vaccinated, Wormed, Vet Checked, Micro-chipped, information on diet and care. Pearl isa beautiful natured dog and also matches all the Standard Schnauzer traits physically and in temperament. My puppies are reared with our three small children and and are well socialised before they leave to their new homes. Puppies are due to be born around 20th April 2026. Please feel free to contact me. We are a small breeder of Standard Salt and Pepper Schnauzers located in Tweed Heads (NSW/QLD border). We have only one girl (Lexie) and she is our third child. Lexie is much loved family dog. She has the most wonderful personality, she is very clever dog and she is amazing with little kids. All our puppies are raised inside the family home with two young children, with plenty of love, attention and cuddles. They have their own bedroom for the comfort and fully fenced outside area to play as well. All pups are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and registered with Dogs NSW.
