Our Skyes are health tested with ultrasound of kidneys and liver. X-rays graded of elbows, IVDD and patella. All of our Skyes DNA tests are public through Embark. Whoever said you can't have a spoilt dog who sleeps on your bed be an extremely successful show dog as well, I've personally proven wrong 5 times! 5 All breeds Best in Show winning Skye's who I have loved and adored and are a huge part of my family. The Skye Terriers literally stop traffic when we walk them around the neighbourhood. We got interested in Skye Terriers after seeing them at a dog show. They are on the endangered list of dog breeds and we feel very lucky that we are the entrusted custodians of this breed. They have great temperaments, fantastic with our children and our other dogs and cat.

I have been part of the wonderful endangered breed since 1984. We started 2014 with late co-breeder Alex Maurer under the prefix NORDICOZSKY. Our foundation dogs come from top bloodlines from Finland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, and the US. They have produced wonderful type puppies. We health test our dogs prior to breeding with kidney and liver ultrasound scans, patella scoring, and elbow X-rays. The aim is to breed sound show quality Skyes with the best of temperaments for the best of homes. Our puppies are home-raised, well socialized, and surrounded by kids, to give them the best start in life. We hope to find like-minded owners to look after this precious endangered breed of dog.
