Following the passing of his owner, this lovely boy, Bolt is looking for a new forever home A little about Bolt. He is a very young 10 year old, de-sexed . He walks well on a lead, is house trained, easy to groom, loves a cuddle and his toys and gets along well with other dogs. Bolt is very active, he has no health issues, fully vaccinated. He has lived with other dogs and has also been an only dog. Not tested with cats so a cat free home is a must. He is not used to small children. Potential pet parents, must be aware that Bolt is a barker, and like many Welsh Springer Spaniels he is an accomplished thief if food or the bin are left unattended. He does not have a strong recall and should only be walked on lead - his recall disappears completely if it doesn’t suit him to come back. Bolt is used to having his person around for most of the time. He can be left for short periods of time and is best left inside given his penchant for barking. He is not destructive at home, so leaving him in the house is not an issue. Bolt lived on a large property until his owner moved to a suburban home so is happy In either environment. He is best suited to a home where he will not be left for long periods of time at home alone, where his people are active and able to take him for regular walks.
