Abbiestar Halleys Comet ET. SPRD
Introducing 'Comet'. Also known as "Robert The Dog".
Robert entered her very first show, the Hungarian Vizsla Club of Victoria Championship Specialty Show in September 2023.
Delighted to report that she won her junior class and went on to win BEST JUNIOR IN SHOW.
In August 2024, she commenced her dog sports career and has now qualified for her Endurance Test (E.T.) title. We look forward to trialling her in many other sports. Comet would have liked to have completed the trial in half the time, and looked like she was eager for another 20km. It was a joy to see her enthusiasm.
After an hiatus from the ring, Robert returned to the show ring winning Best of Breed and OPEN IN GROUP at the Dogs Vic Open show in July 2025.
She returned to the ring in September 2025 winning BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP and BEST OPEN IN GROUP in the AM show, and
R/Up BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP and BEST OPEN IN GROUP for the PM show.
She will be making her presence felt on the Championship Show circuit with regularity.
In October 2025, she earned her first QC towards her Rally Novice title and as at 14/03/2026, has qualified for her SprintDog™ title (ANKC Pending) - a versatile girl indeed.
