I started showing my pet Jack Russell Terrier in August 2024, and I quickly fell in love with the dog show world. With the help of some amazing mentors, I was introduced to junior handlers and started learning so much more. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to show not only Jack Russells, but also Shetland Sheepdogs and even a Whippet! This year, I reached one of my big goals—competing at the Junior Handler State Final. But more than anything, I just love the fun and energy of the shows, meeting awesome people, and spending time with so many beautiful dogs.
