We started with our first cocker in 1979, with over 40 years of showing and enjoying the wonderful Cocker Spaniel. We have limited litters, around every 2 years, being able to provide the time, effort & love for each puppy and their new family. You might have to wait a little while to get a Belcroft puppy, but it is worth the wait. Puppies sometimes available, with a waiting list, please ask for our Expression of Interest form Puppies as pets for loving homes are on the Limited Register (not for show or breeding) and as a guide only price is usually around $3,000. We aim to cover the costs of breeding and raising the litter only. Dogs at stud are available to approved girls with a written Agreement & who are on the Main Register. Colours produced by the Belcroft Sires include Blue Roan, Black & White and Blue Roan & Tan. Since our first cocker, we have made up over 40 Australian Champions and delighted to have also 5 SUPREME and 4 GRAND Champions. We have brought in UK and Scandinavian bloodlines to enhance and strengthen our famous BELCROFT lines. BELCROFT cockers are some of Australia's most consistent winners. Our cockers are only show dogs on weekends - they are most importantly part of our family & share our lives and home with us. I bred my first litter in 1996, which produced my first homebred Champion. I am now back competing in dog sports, my girls showing their love of working. I started with solids, with a real soft spot for Black & Tans, however I now mainly show and breed parti colours, including black & whites. All parents have DNA healthchecks. GLENBROOK COCKER SPANIELS Glenbrook Cocker Spaniels is on the Mornington Peninsula, in Safety Beach. I ventured into the show ring in 2006 and have now titled 15 champions, 2 of those from the dogs I have imported. I am proud of that achievement. In 2016 my dogs won first, second and third best cocker spaniel at the Royal Melbourne Show. This was the most amazing experience and the greatest positive feedback I have ever received. In 2024 I won a Best in Show with our beautiful black girl Winx. My breeding focus is on temperament and type and I pride myself in bringing the beautiful personality of the cocker to the forefront. In order to continue to develop the breed type I have imported dogs from both the United Kingdom, The Netherlands and France. Their offspring is currently being shown by other exhibitors and are enhancing our future breeding. To ensure that our puppies grow into healthy companion dogs I encourage our new adoptive parents to visit each weekend to bond with their puppy and to learn how best to support the growth and development of their puppy.
