Collie (Rough) Breeders

Coolabine is a small stud breeding quality Rough Collies in three colours. I have kept and bred Collies since 1967. In my breeding program, equal emphasis is placed on conformation and temperament. Dogs are located in a rural environment where exercise in an important part of daily routine. Pups are reared in the house, well socialized with other dogs and people, wormed regularly and will be registered on the main register, vaccinated, microchipped and eye tested prior to release to their forever home. While we at Sunshard do breed the occasional litter focusing on health, temperament, and type our main focus is trialling in the performance ring. For this reason we rarely have puppies. When we do have puppies they are bred and raised with performance sports in mind. They are socialised and receive enrichment from birth and we offer support and assistance to our puppy people whenever it is required and we always love to hear how they are going. Our dogs are housed and raised in the home enviroment. All our dogs are hip and elbow scored and DNA tested for CEA, MRD1 and DM.
