Sevoier Kennels was established in 1994, we were awarded #1 Gundog Conformation Breeder Nationally for 2024 #3 in 2025 #1 GSP Conformation Breeder Nationally 2024, 2023, 2021, 2018 #2 in 2025 also #1 GSP Rising Star Nationally for 2025 *DOLPS. We have bred over 90 Champions, Grand Champions, Supreme Champions, Obedience and Agility titled dogs to date from a small number of dogs raised in a family environment, where they are loved and nurtured daily by us and our children. Our breeding incorporates some of the top UK, European, Canadian and USA bloodlines which have been imported by us. We breed for quality not quantity, offering a lifetime of support to our puppies. Established in 1983, Woodwych is a small kennel located in metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia, with over 40 years involvement in the German Shorthaired Pointer breed. Woodwych has produced multiple All Breeds & Specialty Best & Runner Up Best In Show Winners, Royal Show CC & BOB winners, Australian Champions, as well as Grand & Supreme Champions. While we have enjoyed much success in the All Breeds ring, our main enjoyment and pride has come with our success in the Specialty & National Specialty ring. Woodwych bred, owned & handled GSP's have won Best In Show at 3 of the 12 Australian GSP National Breed Specialties (2008, 2012 & 2017) - to date, we are the only kennel to have achieved this. Made particularly special is the fact that this is within 3 generations of breeding (mother/son/granddaughter). At both the 2012 and 2017 Nationals, our dogs were awarded both CC's. We are consistently breeding generation after generation of exceptional quality German Shorthaired Pointers for show, obedience, field & retrieving work, as well as wonderful family pets. We do not wish to breed a large number of litters per year - as we believe in quality above quantity. It is our belief that the quality of a Kennel is in its bitches - all of our litters are carefully planned so that we can continue to produce our type consistently. *Registered with the Australian National Kennel Council
