Heiderst Kennels, established in 1977, we are one of Australia's Top GSP Kennel. Our Foundation Bitch was Dual Ch.(R) Markheim Debonair CD, CDX, UD and CM (Certificate of Merit) in All Age. We have competed and won in Obedience, Retrieving Trials, Bred 23 individual Best in Show winners and 21 individual Specialty Best in Show winners,53 individual Best in Group winners, bred 13 Grand Champions, ,including 1 Vizsla,4 Supreme champions, 143 Champions,and several Obedience and Retrieving title holders. We are very proud to be able to say that we have bred the only 2 GSPs to win the Prestigious, Supreme Battle of The Champions. Heiderst GSPs have won Best or Runner-up at four of the GSP Nationals. We have Imported 2 dogs from the UK with strong working lines in their background and recently Imported a male from the USA. Supreme Ch.& Can.Ch. Flower Creek Takn' Care of Business (Imp USA) "Cruiser" Top GSP in Australia 2008 & 2009 (dolps), is not only a Top show dog,he has produced beautiful pups. Our third Import is Sup.Ch.Arosa UR A Class Act(AI),by " Cruiser" Who was Australia's Top GSP 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018. Established in 1983, Woodwych is a small kennel located in metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia, with over 40 years involvement in the German Shorthaired Pointer breed. Woodwych has produced multiple All Breeds & Specialty Best & Runner Up Best In Show Winners, Royal Show CC & BOB winners, Australian Champions, as well as Grand & Supreme Champions. While we have enjoyed much success in the All Breeds ring, our main enjoyment and pride has come with our success in the Specialty & National Specialty ring. Woodwych bred, owned & handled GSP's have won Best In Show at 3 of the 12 Australian GSP National Breed Specialties (2008, 2012 & 2017) - to date, we are the only kennel to have achieved this. Made particularly special is the fact that this is within 3 generations of breeding (mother/son/granddaughter). At both the 2012 and 2017 Nationals, our dogs were awarded both CC's. We are consistently breeding generation after generation of exceptional quality German Shorthaired Pointers for show, obedience, field & retrieving work, as well as wonderful family pets. We do not wish to breed a large number of litters per year - as we believe in quality above quantity. Atorae is a small kennel situated in the western suburbs. Having owned GSP's for 10 years now, we have bred 6 litters in that time. ........OUR DOGS ARE OUR FAMILY NOT OUR BUSINESS......... Breeding quality not quantity, using imported American Champion bloodlines, we occasionally have puppies available. Our first priority is upgrading our show team, and thereafter having healthy, well socialised GSP's available to selected loving families.
