Brackendell Goldens was established in south Australia over 30 years ago, our home and lives are shared by our very much loved Goldens. We have enjoyed a range of activities with our dogs over those years including - Showing, Retrieving, Agility, Obedience and Endurance and have titled multiple dogs in various sports. We have also bred a number of Therapy dogs and have had dogs qualified Caring Canine Companions to visit residents in Aged Care Facilities. We strive to breed quality sound dogs with working ability combined with a biddable, confident and intelligent temperament. Always keeping the breed standard in mind and always towards improvement. At KPJVGOLDEN, we are a pedigree-registered Field and Show Golden Retriever breeder, proudly affiliated with Dogs Australia and committed to Dogs SA’s Code of Ethics. We lovingly raise healthy puppies with friendly, affectionate temperaments and sweet personalities, helping them grow into happy, loving companions for any family. All puppies are raised using the Puppy Culture Protocol to support their early socialization and personality development. They grow up in a warm, loving family environment alongside our Golden Retrievers. We provide weekly updates as they develop, sharing their progress with care and helping to build a strong bond between each puppy and their future family. All puppies are registered with Dogs Australia on the Limited Register Pedigree and are fed a premium "ADVANCE" diet. All our breeding stock is owned by our family and has undergone comprehensive breeding and hereditary health testing. This includes X-ray screening for hips and elbows, AIS PennHIP scoring, and full breed profile DNA health screening for hereditary diseases. These measures ensure that their puppies are healthy and free from hereditary diseases. Additionally, they have passed heart and annual eye examinations through the AVA-ACES Scheme, with clear certified examination certificates. We are a small kennel situated in the Adelaide Plains Region - our breeding bitches live in our home as our companions and are regularly shown or taken out for social outings to ensure they are well rounded individuals. Pups have been socialised at an early age with a selection of breeds and have had interactions with people of various ages . All our dogs have had the required health testing and are temperamentally sound , making for exceptional family pets in their forever homes. There is constant veterinary supervision.
