Thank you for you interest. I breed registered purebred dogs, each of whom has a pedigree that goes back many generations. My puppies and dogs are family first, show and breeding dogs second. I breed rarely, but when I do: - both sire and dam hold all current health clearances; - all the puppies are expected to reflect their parents fantastic temperaments in calmness, affection & intelligence, are easily trainable, have a heritage of longevity & good health; - all our puppies leave us after being regularly wormed from 2 weeks of age, vet checked, micro-chipped, and vaccinated. - All our puppies will be on the Limited register with Dogs SA and certificates of pedigree, microchip and vaccination will be supplied.

Welcome to Gould Ridge farm, we are a small hobby farm located 25kms North of Adelaide. We have been involved in showing Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds for the last few years and have just started breeding our own GouldRidge line. Our breeding aim is to better the breed while maintaining a tempement that suits show dogs and family pets. We believe the pairing of our girl Keelobe Dancing in the sun -Summer to Albuyec Scot Free with Askaval - George will do just that. You can be assured that both Dam and Sire for this mating and any Dam or Sire used for future matings have been hip and elbow cleared, eyes cleared by a specialist opthamologist, heart cleared by a specialist cardiologist and a full DNA panel done to ensure hereditary diseases are not passed on to the puppies. Our dogs are members of our family and live inside with us, as will the puppies, the puppies have their own outdoor courtyard to ensure safe play away from the adult dogs. Our puppies are handled and socialised daily, we believe it is important to begin basic age appropriate obedience, toilet training and house training before the puppies leave us. Although most of our time handling, socialising and taking the puppies around the farm is highly engaging and active, we also find value in quiet, low activity socialisation too. These types of activities include house training, with treat rewards for sitting quietly, being calm and ignoring the cat, and indoor plants.
